Q: What if I want something other than the services listed?
A: Sure thing, just shoot us an e-mail or give us a phone call with what you want to do and we will send you a quote.
Q: Where do you service your clients?
A: Usually we go to where you are. If you prefer the pictures be done at your house, the park, the beach or someplace else that is fine, just let us know where and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: How do you bill your services?
A: The price we give you is the price you pay. We require a 40% deposit at the time of booking. We do charge for other services if you would like, such as custom professional framing. If you purchase a package and then need more than the package includes we will let you know how much it will be before we do it.
Q: Your prices are not as high as some other Photographers, is the quality just as good?
A: Certainly! You are getting top-quality professional pictures. Our costs are lower because we do not maintain a permanent studio. This enables us to charge less because we do not have as much overhead. We find shooting outside of a studio makes for more interesting and natural shots, even on portraits.
Q: What is your philosophy on photography?
A: We want you to have fun, if you’re having fun the pictures will be more natural, and look better. We believe that someones natural surroundings tend make them the most comfortable, this makes them easier to photograph and the pictures look more natural and realistic.
Q: What if I want a custom photo-shoot or need to change an existing package?
A: No Problem. The packages on the pricing page are just examples designed to give you an idea of what we do and how much it will cost. We have no problem creating a custom quote and working out the details with you. We are very flexible and will do everything we can to work with you.
